I've purchased and reviewed several of the small, inexpensive “tactical” flashlights offered online. The two most important factors for me are brightness and cost. This one is exceptionally bright and, of all the flashlights I've purchased in this class, is the best buy for the money. This flashlight has 3 modes, including a blinking mode. I don't care about the different modes, but you might. The beam can be zoomed in or out. When it's zoomed out, the beam is very even with a slight bluish tint. There are no rings or hotspots in the middle. Highly recommend!!

This is by far the best flashlight deal I've every seen. The parts are made of excellent quality aluminum, the optics are good, and the machining/assembly is first-rate. The design is identical to many of the tactical flashlights on the market -- you may or may not need something that's truly "tactical" but if you want a well-built, very bright flashlight, this is a very good choice. And, although I haven't run it through Mil-Spec testing, it looks sufficiently well built to withstand a lot of abuse (... and I have run a lot of other electronics/optics through Mil-Spec testing, and know what a good piece of gear looks like). Overall, this is a great product embodying a great design! I'd buy this again in a heartbeat if I ever needed more flashlights. I'll probably get several more as gifts to Boy Scouts in our family in the near future. I recommend this to anyone and everyone who wants a terrific flashlight. Note: No one paid or gave me anything to provide this review -- the product is really THAT good.

Wow. This relatively small, fit in your hand, flashlight knocked my socks off. I took this thing outback in the pitch black. When I turned it on, it became day! Wow, for the money..., you own a Hollywood spotlight!

I love these little flashlights! They are very bright, and they fit well into my pants pockets. I go running early in the morning, before the sun rises, and I always take one of these flashlights with me. The beam is so bright. I can see with no problem. Just as important, cars, trucks, and buses can see my light from a distance. It fits perfectly into my hand, and when the sun comes up, I can slip it easily into a pocket. It is also durable. I have dropped them, and they keep shining! As far as the battery life, I haven't noticed that they drain any faster than any other flashlight.

My old flashlight of 20+ years finally died, so I had to buy a replacement. I needed something that was very bright to see the edge of our property into the trees for wildlife at night. We let the dog out late at night for her last potty break before bed, so want to make sure there are no hostile animals in the yard. This one is absolutely wonderful! By pulling on the lens area, it will go wide or focused. The focused beam is very bright and goes at least 200 feet into our trees. It is so bright that I do not recommend to shine in anyone's eyes... I also love the rechargeable function. No need for batteries. We used it quite a few nights as well as helping me install a dashcam in my car and it retained 75% of its charge. Love it!
